Neolithic Gravyboat

A closed-form vessel, which typically is made from joining two hemispheres but which I decided to try to make from two open tetrahedrons. Cutting away the foot went deeper than expected and that became the opening instead, which explains why the finished foot is so small and unstable. It is glazed in butterscotch, with the rim dipped in speckled tan. Once again, one of the glazes was too weakly applied, this time the tan, with the result that the whole is basically one color.

Material - Stoneware; Glaze - Butterscotch, Speckled Tan
